AskGabe.io is a US-based advisory and concierge company with operations in Italy, providing the following services:

• Real Estate Advisory — consultation, property search coordination, and referral to licensed Italian real estate agents and legal professionals
• Vacation Concierge — custom Italian travel planning and on-the-ground coordination
• Property Management Advisory — coordination of property management, rental strategy, and income optimization through licensed Italian partners

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the site in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its related systems
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content from the website without our prior written consent
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or extract content from the site
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us

We reserve the right to terminate access to our website for any user who violates these terms.

All services are provided under a separate written agreement or engagement letter. The following general terms apply to all engagements:

• Services begin only after an initial consultation and mutual agreement on scope
• We act as your advisor and coordinator — the legal, notarial, and real estate work is performed by licensed Italian professionals in our network
• Our fee structure is disclosed transparently in your engagement agreement. In most cases, our fee is incorporated into the overall transaction and is offset by the savings and value we generate for you
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes, property prices, rental income levels, or investment returns
• All timelines are estimates — Italian bureaucracy and third-party schedules may affect delivery

Our fee arrangements are specified in your individual engagement agreement. General terms:

• Fees are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified
• Initial consultations are provided free of charge
• Retainers or service fees may be required prior to commencing work
• Referral fees from partner agencies (standard in Italian real estate practice) may be received by AskGabe.io and will be disclosed to you
• All fees paid are non-refundable unless expressly stated in your engagement agreement
• You are responsible for all third-party costs including notary fees, legal fees, taxes, registration fees, and agency commissions

The information provided on our website and during consultations is for general informational purposes only.

You should independently verify all information and consult with licensed attorneys, accountants, and financial advisors before making any investment or legal decision. Italian law, tax codes, and immigration rules change frequently — always obtain current professional advice.

All content on askgabe.io — including text, design, graphics, logos, photographs, the Italy region explorer, and all written material — is the intellectual property of AskGabe LLC and is protected by US and international copyright law.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission
• You may share links to our website and quote brief excerpts with proper attribution
• The AskGabe.io name, logo, and brand marks are proprietary and may not be used without permission

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• AskGabe.io and its team members are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website
• We are not responsible for the actions, advice, or errors of third-party professionals in our network (lawyers, agents, notaries, CPAs) — though we exercise care in their selection
• We are not liable for changes in Italian law, real estate markets, currency exchange rates, or government policy that affect your investment
• Our total liability to you in any circumstance shall not exceed the fees paid to AskGabe.io in the 12 months preceding the claim

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability for certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AskGabe LLC, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of our services or website; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law; or (d) any inaccurate information you provided to us.

We treat all client information with the highest degree of confidentiality. We expect the same in return — any proprietary information, partner contacts, pricing, or methodologies shared with you during our engagement are confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties without our written consent.

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as specified in the individual service agreement. Upon termination:

• All fees earned up to the date of termination remain due and payable
• Confidentiality obligations survive termination indefinitely
• Any ongoing transactions in progress will be handled as specified in the termination agreement
• We reserve the right to terminate website access or service relationships for violations of these Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in English in Miami, Florida.

For clients engaging services in Italy, Italian law governs any matters specifically related to Italian real estate transactions, and Italian courts have jurisdiction over those specific matters.

You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against AskGabe LLC.

These Terms, together with your individual service agreement and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AskGabe LLC. They supersede all prior agreements and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. For material changes, we will notify active clients by email.
